Kirsten Dierolf: We are really not interested in developing cookie cutter coaches. We are really interested in, who are you as a coach? How do you show up? We don't want to create one size fits all. We want to see, what are your strengths? What is the environment that you thrive in? What is the environment that you like to coach in? Which clients appreciate you as a coach? Tobi: On last week's episode I met Kirsten Dierolf, and Kirsten demoed her coaching approach, solution-focused and narrative coaching, with me as a client. There I met Kirsten as this very Tobi: down to earth, gentle and playful woman, who started out with studying theology and teaching English at a German community college.
