Ebony Fagbuyi: I think a good environment helps you to grow. And growth can happen when I can show up as the authentic me, even as my flawed me. Ebony Fagbuyi: Meaning, I might be a pain in the backside. However, that's me right now, and a good environment can help me actually grow, shape, become better at not being such a pain in the backside. I would say a good environment is also determined by where I personally stand. Meaning, if I still want to grow and Ebony Fagbuyi: I'm the biggest fish in the pond, it might not be the right environment. Although it's nice, it's comfortable, everything's fine. But if I have outgrown that environment, maybe it's time to say bye to that one and find a new one where I can grow.
