Roel Schaart: How the coaching works at Tony Robbins is, you get nominated. So I got a coach, a Tony Robbins coach, his name is Mike. And I said to Mike, hey dude, what you do, Roel Schaart: that's what I want to do. How do I get on board? And then that mindset that I described earlier: if it's in my mind, I want to have it, I want to do it, I want to get it. I got many rejections. You are not good enough. You are not ready yet. Roel Schaart: I will prove I'm ready. So it took two years to get on board. And in those years I did volunteering work, I connected, and I pushed through that. That cost me a lot of money. But it has also been an amazing investment afterwards.
