Roel Schaart: In my coaching journey, normally I take up to a full hour, 90 minutes, to explore. A person with a higher dominant style will most likely go quickly. I do maybe one or two pages and that's done. Roel Schaart: A person with a tendency more towards blue, more on the details, that will probably take 90 minutes. There's a reason that I do both the motivators and the DISC. And I'll give you an example. Roel Schaart: Let's say a person has a very high dominant style. That means most likely very direct and straightforward, and he gets shit done very fast. Now, one of the motivators is called power. And power means, are you motivated to lead? Are you motivated to be in control?
