    Paris Thomas: A hundred percent. Paris Thomas: And so, team building. It was, and still is, a buzzword, a loaded buzzword. We do team building, of course we do team building, but what we do is, we build better teams by helping them understand team dynamics. Paris Thomas: What we realized through our experience was that when people are sent to do team building events. An example of a team building exercise popular around the world is, here are 30 balloons, make a balloon chair with them. That's fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a high energy event. You're usually at an offsite at some nice hotel in Cyprus, you're probably by the beach.
