Paris Thomas: First we realized that it has to be a course that we want to take too. And to be fair, and that's part of our branding and our messaging, corporate training sucks. Online learning sucks even more. And what happened in the time of Covid and the years that followed, with LinkedIn Learning, and everybody has an online course. Who really watches anything anymore? Paris Thomas: We always say it's more fun to watch paint dry than to do an online course. So it has to be a course that makes us want to watch it. How would we do it if we did that? And the first thing that came to mind was, well, what do we like watching? We are on TikTok, Paris Thomas: Instagram and Facebook and LinkedIn, and we like watching videos. And which videos do we like to watch the most? The ones that are funny. Which videos do we share with colleagues? The ones that are really funny.
